Is there a warranty on your work?
Definitely! ChexVanz provides a one-year warranty on all our craftsmanship. For components like fans, fridges, and electrical items, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

What are the driving and sleeping capacities?
The capacity varies by van model. For the 170 extended, we design it to safely drive four and sleep four comfortably. The 170 and 144 models are configured to drive two and sleep two.

How is the temperature controlled?
We fully equip our vans with a combination of Havelock wool, 3m Thinsulate insulation, and a moisture barrier. We also offer installations of 12V heater and air conditioning systems and fans tailored to your specific needs and usage requirements.

Can I get internet?
Yes! There are various aftermarket products available to enable internet connectivity while on the road. Some options include: mobile hotspots, satellite internet systems, Wi-Fi extenders, and cellular signal boosters. Depending on your needs and budget, you can choose the solution that best fits your requirements.

What's the pricing structure?
Once you've chosen your van and made a deposit, we'll secure your build slot. Next, we'll draft a purchase agreement and proposal to lock down the design details and outline a payment schedule for the build, ensuring everything is set for the journey ahead.
